Nurse

Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Nursing;

• Experience in the desired role;

• Hospital experience;

• Interest in the area of ​​neurology;

• Good organizational and teamwork skills;

• Sense of responsibility, proactivity and dynamism.

Responsibilities:

• Providing diagnostic care and preparing nursing treatment plans;

• Making the respective records, as well as participating in the planning and programming activities of the teamwork to be carried out in the unit or service;

• Carrying out required nursing interventions, within the scope of health promotion, disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and functional adaptation;

• Providing nursing care to patients or groups of patients/residents, under your responsibility.

• Availability to travel between the CNS units of Torres Vedras and Lisbon.

Conditions:

• Availability for full or part time.

• Rotating shifts.
