Facilities
CNS Torres Vedras was purpose-built with neurological patients in mind and occupies approximately seventeen thousand square meters, in the city of Torres Vedras. It is composed of two interconnected buildings, where three complementary units coexist: the CNS - Outpatient Clinic, the CNS - Inpatient Unit, and the CNS - Senior Residence. It is surrounded by a garden, also designed with our patients in mind.
CNS – Outpatient Clinic
The Outpatient Clinic is dedicated to outpatient support and provides medical appointments, treatment, and rehabilitation sessions. It also manages the CNS support at home and at distance (online).
Located in the main building of the CNS, the facilities, which meet the highest quality standards and have been designed with the comfort of the patient in mind, include:
Medical offices;
Neurorehabilitation Unit, comprising a gym, swimming pool, treatment rooms, and offices for speech therapy, occupational therapy, and psychology sessions;
Research Unit;
Training Center.
Inpatient Unit
The inpatient unit of the CNS is intended for temporary stays for those participating in the intensive multidisciplinary programs, for diagnostic investigation, or medication adjustments.
This unit offers the highest levels of comfort, security, and privacy, with all infrastructures and services equivalent to those you would find in a hotel of superior quality.
Senior Residence
The Senior Residence is intended for long-term stays or rest periods for caregivers.
To ensure greater comfort and safety, it consists of T0 and T1 apartments, associated with a superior hotel service and close monitoring by the medical and nursing staff and medical assistants.
